Per diem Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) – Bridges by EPOCH at Pembroke Shift: 3pm - 11pm, per diem Pay rate: $30.00 per hour. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents in our memory care assisted living community; work with residents in our neighborhoods to deliver top‑quality nursing care. Qualifications MA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Nursing license required. New graduates welcome to apply.
