About the position: Led by David Silver, MD, a gynecologic psychiatrist who is formally trained in psychiatry after years of experience in the field of gynecologic oncology – our practice is one of a few in the country that focuses on treating women's emotional, behavioral, and cognitive concerns related to their reproductive lifecycles and health. Provide direct clinical services using a wide variety of mental health treatment modalities including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Assess and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform evaluations and communicate with WBHS psychiatrists, Ob-Gyns, PCPs, and other health care providers throughout the evaluation, treatment, and discharge process. Intervene in crisis situations in a timely and efficient manner.

Professional skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care. Ability to work as part of a team approach while providing personalized care and favorable clinical outcomes. Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
