Position Summary Provide engineering support necessary to introduce products to the market and supply existing products to our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position will serve the tramp metal product groups. Principal Responsibilities Provide support and quality information to process customer requests and orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain integrity of product drawings and support file documentation.
