Inside Sales Representative:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing and maintaining customer relationships.  

Identify new sales opportunities and proactively generate leads through warm leads and outbound prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual communication.

Requirements:
2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and achieving or exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) or customer-facing environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, present solutions, negotiate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and virtual interactions.

Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, maintain accurate records, monitor opportunities, forecast pipeline activity, and support overall sales performance
