That puts our clinic in a unique position: the athletes and families we want to serve are already around us every day. As Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to build upon established relationships with athletes and the surrounding sports community while developing new connections with coaches, trainers, physicians, and other sports medicine professionals. This Is Your Opportunity to Lead-and Grow We're looking for more than someone to manage the day-to-day operations of a clinic. We're looking for a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist who wants to help shape what Spooner Rockwall becomes. You'll remain an active clinician while leading your team, developing the clinic culture, strengthening community relationships, and driving growth. You'll also have people working alongside you to make that growth happen. Our Sales team is focused on developing relationships with physicians, sports medicine professionals, and other referral sources, providing ongoing support as you grow the clinic and its presence in the community.
