Our manufacturing facility is fully equipped to fabricate nearly any sign imaginable, from small apartment unit numbers to 85’ tall freeway pylon signs. Additionally, we employ a full complement of wide format digital printing equipment including UV and latex printers. Our Field Services team is well equipped to service and install any sign we make.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (New Business Development)

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled at initiating relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach to identify new business opportunities

• Research target markets, industries, and accounts to generate qualified leads

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria

• Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales team

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients

• Track all activities and opportunities in CRM system

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and pipeline goals

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to confidently engage prospects via phone and email

• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and persistence

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or activity targets

• Experience in B2B sales environments

• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)

• Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex products or services

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of outbound calls/emails per day

• Qualified leads generated

• Meetings or demos scheduled

• Pipeline value created

• Conversion rates from lead to opportunity

Compensation:
