You will manage approximately a dozen projects per year, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and closeout. You are an engineer or project manager who excels in a high-ownership environment and is comfortable working across multiple sites and team members.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and complete capital projects at wind energy facilitiesManage a portfolio of multi-year projects, including budgeting and forecastingProcure equipment and coordinate contractors and vendorsCollaborate with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teamsPerform technical evaluations and equipment selection (light R&D)Ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets are met by tracking project performanceConduct site visits during construction phases to oversee work and ensure executionMaintain project documentation, reporting, and communication across team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)3–7 years of experience in project engineering or project management3+ years experience managing projects from planning through executionWectec Staffing Services delivers customer-focused solutions, offering everything from high-volume, cost-effective staffing to specialized niche roles, while maintaining best-in-class service.
