Make a real impact supporting students in grades 7-12 as a contract School Psychologist for the remainder of the school year. This rewarding, part-time opportunity offers flexibility, with just 1-2 hours per week on a per diem schedule serving a manageable caseload of 15 students. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to facilitate counseling, conduct re-evaluations, contribute to 504 plans, participate in IEP meetings, and deliver critical mental health and academic support for middle and high school learners.

Skills & Experience Desired:

• Active Florida School Psychologist Certification (required)
• Experience working in K-12 settings, particularly with middle and high school populations
• Familiarity with IEP and 504 plan processes
• Strong assessment, counseling, and case management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with education teams and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and mental health services to support student growth and well-being
• Conduct re-evaluations, assessments, and participate in student eligibility meetings
• Engage in developing and monitoring 504 plans and IEPs as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Use evidence-based interventions and strategies to address academic, social, and emotional needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
