Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Night Shift

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor Long Term Care to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to nursing staff
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and manage budgets for nursing supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of PA
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
