Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Availability: We are looking for candidates who can work on a PRN basis during the day shift and full-time during the night shift. Join us and be part of our growth journey!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions.
Provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition.
Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Possession of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
