Weekend Baylor LPN – Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation

Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team as a Weekend Baylor LPN .
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys a consistent weekend schedule while being part of a supportive and resident-focused team.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekend Baylor Benefits:
Additional $5.00 per hour Weekend Baylor Differential
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and standards
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing excellent resident care
