Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students
• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine special education eligibility
• Interpret and synthesize testing results, preparing clear, compliant written reports
• Actively participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support student needs
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of behavior intervention plans
• Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to established timelines for all required processes

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid Virginia School Psychologist license or appropriate credential
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Demonstrated skill in conducting evaluations, attending IEPs, and leading eligibility meetings
• Excellent written communication abilities, including strong report writing skills
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills
