Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow. This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily and help with sales and offers regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Multitasking skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus. Sales background and bilingual ability are a plus. Benefits Free health insurance* Competitive wages.
