In the pursuit of our mission, we are hiring a Dean of Students. In the Lansing School District, a Dean of Students is primarily responsible for supporting teachers in ensuring schoolwide behavior incentive systems are implemented with fidelity. While this individual will still work with individual students on a regular basis, this individual will work with teachers and building administrators to ensure all Lansing students are able to attend a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that is conducive to learning. If a candidate is not certified, they will start at the lowest end of the salary scale.
