Our nursing team thrives in a setting that promotes clinical leadership, professional growth, and collaborative autonomy.Pay range, depending on experience: $32.00 - $45.75 per hour.Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employeesPaid time off, including vacation and sick leaveRetirement savings plan with company contributionsTuition reimbursementProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee recognition programs and team celebrationsWhat You'll DoRespond to call light requests and monitor CNA/CMA call light response ratesParticipate in the admission, discharge, and transfers of residentsAdminister medications, treatments, and fluids as ordered by physiciansComplete documentation responsibilitiesQualities That Set You ApartPatience, empathy, and good communicationPrevious CCRC or long-term care experienceFostering positivity and actively engage in daily problem-solvingRequirements· Possess a current, valid, and unencumbered LPN license for the state of Oregon.· Must meet required training outlined in regulations.· At least one year of clinical experience in long term care preferred.· Current CPR certification.Physical Requirements· Lift 10lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs.· Visual, auditory acuity, and dexterity of hands and fingers within normal limits.· Assist in evacuation of residents during emergencies.· Ability to safely move frequently during workday, including carrying, lifting, standing, sitting, bending reaching, and kneeling.· Ability to push and/or pull a wheelchair.· May be subject to odors and exposure to infectious waste and diseases.· Capable of transferring residents, according to care plan.· Must be able to safely use all assisted devices as care planned.
