RREMC Restaurants LLC
:
- Welcomes and greets guests.
- When possible, opens the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters orders in point-of-sale system.
- Maintains outstanding knowledge of the core menu, drink menu and LTO menu and is able to answer guests' questions on the items.
- Takes payment from guests using any applicable gift cards, rewards card, discount or coupon.
- Responsible for the togo cash drawer and all monies contained.
- Provides guests with estimated waiting time for the order.
- Maintains restroom cleanliness.
- Answers the phone with a smile.
- Assists in running food to the dining room.
- Must exude hospitality and charisma.
