Position: Server (Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available)

Schedule: Full-Time - 5 days a week, including every other weekend Part-Time - Must have ability to work flexible hours and weekends Pay: $15.75 - $17.75

Blakehurst is seeking Servers to become an integral part of our team! We cater to those who prefer the more exquisite side of life. After all the years of hard work, they have put in, they deserve it. Your main focus is to take orders from our lovely residents and serve them promptly like you would at an upscale restaurant. Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Explain to guests about menu items.
• Clean and prepare the dining areas.
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the dining venue.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Perform other dining room duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be ready to work with a smile!!!

All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
