Job Order – Arc Welder (SMAW)Seeking a skilled Arc Welder (SMAW) to perform high-quality welds and operate semi-automatic and automated machinery used for double-joint pipe production. Candidates must be familiar with industry welding standards and able to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.Shift: Rotating shifts including 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday with additional hours as needed based on production demands.Key Responsibilities:Perform Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) on pipe and structural componentsOperate semi-automatic and automated welding machineryExecute double-joint pipe welding with precisionFollow welding procedures in accordance with AWS D1 and ASME codesInspect welds for quality and complianceRead and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawingsMaintain welding equipment and ensure safe operationPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Proven experience as an Arc Welder (SMAW)Ability to operate semi-automatic and automated welding equipmentExperience with double-joint pipe weldingKnowledge of AWS D1 and ASME standardsAbility to read and interpret welding blueprintsStrong attention to detail and safetyAbility to work rotating 12-hour shifts Monday–SaturdayPPE required
