Responsibilities Provide comprehensive surgical and non‑surgical care for a wide range of general orthopedic conditions and sports‑related injuries Clinic patients per day: 30 Call Rotation: 1:6 Perform orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries of the shoulder, knee, and hip Evaluate and treat athletes of all levels, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and a safe return to sport Manage a high‑volume outpatient clinic while maintaining an efficient surgical schedule Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care physicians to provide coordinated patient care Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Fellowship training in Sports Medicine is preferred but not required for generalists Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable – MGMA guidelines) Contract bonuses off of RVU’s and quality metrics Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included 403(b) opportunities including employer match Exceptional CME funds Licensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/Subscriptions Flexible time off – total of 6 weeks Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license Competitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr H.
