This is a professional-level position operating independently. Work situations are varied and require initiative, analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making. **Requirements*** Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association or both; If licensed or registered prior to 1966, meets the alternative qualifications cited in the Medicare Conditions of Participation, Section 405, 12 or (1) (2) (3) (4)* Licensed in the State of Washington as a physical therapist* Health Care Provider level CPR certification* Current Washington state driver’s license* Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience* Experience in Medicare Certified Home Health preferred* Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state**About Deaconess Hospital** Founded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $111,238.40 - $150,488.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
