CNC Operator

Qualifications:

• 4+ years prior manufacturing or industrial experience (CNC not required)
• Reliable work history with good attendance
• Ability to apply basic math skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Must be available to train on 1st shift (6AM to 2PM) for 2 weeks and then move to 2nd shift (2PM to 10PM)

AVAILABLE SHIFTS -2ND (2PM to 10PM)

** You will be required to train on day shift for two weeks! PAY- $19.10

Once on second shift you will recieve a sixty cent shift differential. PAY - $19.70 (pay increases to $23.26 at full time hire)

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload parts from machines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends

Skills

• machine operation (2 years of experience is preferred)
