Job Summary
CPSFL is seeking a dynamic Case Manager for a full-time position. This role will provide independent living opportunities and support services to severely and persistently mentally ill adults. The primary goal is to develop and adopt approaches to supportive housing that take into account cultural, psychosocial, and economic differences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
- Two years of experience working directly or indirectly with mentally ill individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counseling experience and knowledge required.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently and to build/maintain community relations.
- Clients may exhibit acting-out behavior and/or poor social skills; therefore, the coordinator must possess excellent verbal escalation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $21.10/hr
- Generous Paid Time Off: Our company provides an exceptional paid time off package, including ten paid holidays, a fully paid week off from Christmas to New Year, as well as the accumulation of vacation, sick, and personal time right from the beginning of your employment.
