Registered Nurse – ICU

Contract | Days & Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes
• Provide coverage for holidays and weekends (every 3rd weekend) as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license in hand, or documented proof of Minnesota license application, at time of submission
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1–2+ years of ICU experience required
• Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract; fingerprinting must be completed in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date — this is a Minnesota State requirement with no exceptions, and travelers are responsible for all associated travel expenses
• Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract
• Traveler's primary residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong ICU background — first-time travelers with demonstrated ICU experience will be considered
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-acuity critical care environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and documentation processes
