The facility features a dedicated cystoscopy suite within the main surgical area, a well-supported surgical environment with a 10-bed perioperative care unit, and access to a da Vinci Xi Surgical System supporting robotic and minimally invasive procedures.

Job Details:

• Hospital-employed position with a strong referral network and high growth potential
• Outpatient and surgical practice with access to da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• Opportunity to help expand and shape the robotics program
• Full-spectrum urology including endourology, men's health, and oncologic surgery
• Robotic and minimally invasive procedures supported with broad case mix
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests within a collaborative, team-based environment
• APP support provided within a positive and collaborative work environment
• Shared call of 1:3 (approximately 10 days per month)
• Flexible scheduling options supporting work-life balance
• Clinic conveniently located within walking distance of the hospital
