Credentialing Supervisor

Overseeing the credentialing process, the full-time Credentialing Supervisor will manage a remote team, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous process improvement in provider enrollment and credentialing operations. Key responsibilities Coordinate with the Director of Compliance to align departmental initiatives and performance guarantees Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of provider enrollment and credentialing Develop and implement processes that support departmental and organizational goals, while overseeing team performance and workload distribution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience Experience in the dental field and supervisory experience preferred Working knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations and credentialing standards Proven customer service and relationship-building skills Process and project management experience required
