Travel CT Technologist - $2,212 per week

Job Description Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Clinton, North Carolina. Start date: ASAP. 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Responsibilities / Essential Work Functions Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue. Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging processes, and position them safely. Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology. Provide high‑quality images to radiologists for interpretation. Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment. Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across healthcare facilities. Perform other duties as assigned within the CT tech practice scope. Required Qualifications At least one year of recent experience as a CT Technologist. Valid radiology license in compliance with state regulations. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA/ARC). Preferred Qualifications Current ARRT certification. Any additional certifications or licenses relevant to the position. Required Essential Skills Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication. Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication in English. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and proficiency with PC skills. Physical ability to remain stationary, move equipment up to 100 lbs, and perform other required movements. Effective teamwork with diverse personnel, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism. Fine motor skills for manipulating equipment and assisting with procedures. Capacity to manage frequent public interaction, meet deadlines under pressure, and work both under supervision and independently. Use of visual acuity and sensory awareness in performing duties.
