Senior Growth Marketing Manager

To scale the direct-to-consumer business, the full-time Senior Growth Marketing Manager will acquire new subscribers profitably through hands-on management of paid campaigns across Meta and Google, optimizing the entire customer journey from ad impression to subscription in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage new-subscriber acquisition at or below target customer acquisition cost (CAC), overseeing spend and outcomes Execute daily management of paid acquisition campaigns on Meta and Google, scaling profitable spend as permitted by CAC targets Develop and optimize acquisition offers and funnels to enhance subscription take-rate and first-order margins Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience for a DTC or consumer brand, with personal budget management and performance ownership Proven track record of profitable new customer acquisition at target CAC, with experience in subscription or recurring-revenue models Deep expertise in Meta Ads management, including campaign structure, creative testing, and budget scaling Hands-on experience with Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube, including asset group construction and search-term mining Working knowledge of linear TV and/or connected TV (CTV) buying and measurement for incrementality
