The Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences is a Paideia-focused magnet school that serves grades K-12, with our lower school comprised of grades K-5. We value family involvement, ongoing teacher learning, and collaboration. We encourage our teachers to take advantage of PD opportunities, which are differentiated and specific in order to ensure that our diverse students have what they need to be educated and engaged citizens of the world. In 2019, we were designated as a Reward School by the state of Tennessee, and we work each day to exceed state expectations!

We are looking for teachers who are passionate about their students, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to a team. As a teacher at CSAS, you will work hard but the work is rewarding. Our reward is seen in individual and school successes, and we see our kindergarteners grow up and graduate!
