Job Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Summary:

Rudeen Management is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Agent with strong sales, customer service, and/or apartment leasing experience . This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, following up with prospects, and helping turn apartment tours into new residents.

This position will also have the opportunity to be involved in an upcoming lease-up in the new year , providing hands-on experience with marketing and leasing a new community.

Job Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

• Meet with prospective residents and provide engaging tours of available apartments and the community
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective residents throughout the leasing process
• Build rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and confidently guide them from initial inquiry through application and move-in
• Assist with marketing and leasing efforts, including an upcoming lease-up opportunity
• Process rental applications and coordinate required screening
• Prepare leasing documents in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements
• Collect rent payments, security deposits, application fees, and other required payments
• Communicate with current residents regarding lease renewals, changes, and community information
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
• Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the leasing office, model units, and community

Job Requirements:

• Strong sales, customer service, and Leasing Agent experience
• Comfortable engaging with prospective residents, conducting tours, following up on leads, and asking for the application
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning company-used software and platforms
• Apartment leasing/property management experience is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing requirements is a plus
