USTCi is seeking results-driven sales professionals to represent Verizon Wireless and Home Internet in assigned apartment communities and residential properties.

This is not a traditional retail position, and it is not strictly door-to-door sales. It is a hybrid field sales and marketing role where you build relationships, create opportunities, conduct resident events, follow up on leads, and close sales.

Sales are required. Results matter.

What This Job Really Entails

You will manage an assigned territory of apartment communities and residential properties and take ownership of the sales opportunities within it.

Your week will include visiting properties, building relationships with property managers and leasing teams, conducting resident Meet & Greet events, working leads, following up with prospects, making resident introductions, and closing Verizon Wireless and Home Internet sales.

You will also work closely with your Verizon Client Executive (CE) to coordinate property activity, events, opportunities, and overall territory execution.

This role requires someone who can manage their own calendar, stay organized, follow through, and consistently create enough activity to produce results.

Some of the best selling opportunities happen when residents are home, so flexibility for late afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends is part of the job.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a proven salesperson who is confident, competitive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

The right person understands that strong sales results come from consistent activity, relationship building, follow-up, and asking for the business.

Wireless sales experience is strongly preferred, especially for someone coming from Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or another wireless retail environment who is ready to get out of the store and take greater control of their results and earning potential.

Requirements

• Previous successful sales experience

• Wireless sales experience strongly preferred

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to independently manage a territory, calendar, leads, and follow-up

• Comfortable conducting onsite events and resident-facing marketing activities

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Valid driver's license

• Current personal auto insurance

• Ability to travel daily throughout an assigned local territory

• Availability during peak customer hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends

• Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and accountable
