Minimum Job Requirements Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Leadership, Business, Psychology, Communication, Education, or related field. Advanced knowledge of talent management, leadership development, organizational development practices, human capital consulting, adult learning principles and solutions/curriculum design. 5‑7 years experience in Professional Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or Human Resources. Job Overview The OD consultant assesses, develops, designs, implements, and evaluates organizational development programs, services, and interventions that support TriHealth's strategic priorities, the TriHealth Way, and the HR service delivery model. Job Responsibilities Demonstrates advanced knowledge of adult learning, content design, implementation, and facilitation of innovative learning and development initiatives (Leadership Development Institutes, team interventions, skills‑based simulations), applying current industry best practices and learning technologies. Utilizes industry‑validated coaching models and techniques to support clients in creating and achieving measurable goals, administers and interprets results and feedback from competency assessment tools and surveys (e.g., DiSC, 360, engagement, new hire). Supports creation and implementation of development plans. Consults and partners across the system to assess, design, develop, implement, and measure customized team and individual interventions, matching OD solutions to business needs and objectives. Collaborates with HR Partners and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to support regional and system‑wide initiatives within an integrated HR service delivery model, fostering a culture of engagement and retention. Manages and supports System Transformation / TriHealth Way programs, projects, processes and resources, providing measurable results, driving work to deadlines, engaging stakeholders, influencing executive project sponsors and business leaders, while operating at a strategic level and delivering actionable results. Supports strategy and execution of programs and events to positively impact engagement and retention, partnering with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Metrics and Operations teams to analyze and apply data, assessing program effectiveness and modifying accordingly. Demonstrates business acumen and drives solutions impacting business results. Applies practices and tools to enhance retention and engagement (performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and targeted development plans for high‑potential talent).
