Delivery Lead Healthcare / AWS / AI Location: Remote EST/CST | Hartford, CT preferred

Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire

Interview: 2 Rounds Virtual
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives for a leading healthcare organization.
Must Have:

8+ years of experience in Delivery / Program / Project Management

Strong end-to-end application development delivery ownership

Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives

Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

Strong AWS / Cloud experience

Experience with AI / Generative AI initiatives

Strong technical background preferably started as a Software Developer/Engineer and transitioned into Delivery/Program Leadership

Experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, BA and Operations

Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong experience in risk, dependency, resource and delivery management

Experience with cloud migration / modernization and digital transformation

Nice to Have:

Data Center Modernization

Enterprise architecture and data platforms

Cloud migration and application modernization

Portfolio / vendor management

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives

Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets and resources

Lead cross-functional engineering and business teams

Drive governance, risk management and issue resolution

Provide executive-level status reporting

Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and releases

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives

Preferred: Candidates local to Hartford, CT. Open to strong candidates located in EST or CST who can work EST hours.
