We're looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to support our sales teams in Duluth and Hibbing, Minnesota, working out of our Duluth office. You will collaborate with an established sales team while also having the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and your own book of business within the communities you serve.

Your Responsibilities:

• Meet clients face-to-face, run needs analyses, and present customized proposals.
• Collaborate with sales consultants to build and create smart, effective marketing strategies like on-air and digital advertisements for local businesses.
• Build digital marketing packages that include search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), display ads, social media, email marketing, OTT/CTV, and streaming audio.
• Pair digital campaigns with on-air schedules for full multi-platform reach.
• Track campaign performance metrics, review consumer trends, and adjust active campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI) for clients.
• Grow accounts through renewals and upsells.
• Present campaign reports to clients in plain-language results and next steps.
• Serve as the team's digital expert: train sales consultants and join them on client calls.
• Stay current on digital advertising platforms and best practices.
• Manage pipeline in CRM and meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.

We Ask That You:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Are a true "people" person who enjoys interacting and helping others solve problems.
• Have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Have a valid Minnesota driver's license, ability to pass a motor vehicle check, and satisfactory background check.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Confident prospecting, cold calling, and presenting to business owners.
• Able to explain digital marketing in simple terms.
• Self-starter who is organized and can manage multiple clients and campaigns.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $50,000 annual base salary, offering the opportunity to grow your earnings as you grow the business.
