One day onsite in Morris County, NJ

Looking for a Senior CRM Specialist who can both plan and build. You will design audience segmentation for email and direct mail programs, launch and optimize email campaigns across HubSpot, Mailchimp and Salesforce , and keep websites in WordPress and Webflow current, fast and converting. You will support client programs and own marketing, and you will be the person the team calls when data, CRM and web need to work together.

What you will do

CRM segmentation and strategy (about 40%)

• Build segmentation strategies for email and direct mail using purchase history, recency, frequency, value, lifecycle stage and engagement.
• Define audience selects, suppression rules, holdout groups and match-back logic for direct mail drops.
• Write list specs for mail houses and data vendors, QA the files, and reconcile counts before every drop.
• Design lifecycle programs (welcome, nurture, win-back, reactivation, renewal) and map the triggers and data they need.
• Keep CRM data clean: deduplication, field standards, list hygiene, consent and opt-out management.

Email activation (about 30%)

• Build, test and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot, Mailchimp and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Set up A/B tests on subject lines, offers, timing and creative, and report results with a clear recommendation.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, bounce and unsubscribe rates, and fix issues before they hurt performance.
• Report on opens, clicks, conversions and revenue by segment, and feed results back into the next round of targeting.

Website management (about 30%)

• Maintain sites in WordPress and Webflow: page updates, landing pages, forms, navigation, plugins and CMS collections.
• Build campaign landing pages and connect forms to the CRM so every lead is captured, tagged and routed for follow-up.
• Manage tracking with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including UTMs, events and conversion goals, in partnership with our ad operations team.
• Keep sites healthy: page speed, uptime, broken links, accessibility (WCAG) basics and on-page SEO.
• Coordinate with developers and partners on larger builds, and write clear requirements for them.

What you bring

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing and marketing automation.
• Proven experience building segmentation for both email and direct mail, including working with mail houses or data vendors.
• Hands-on, campaign-level experience with at least two of HubSpot, Mailchimp and Salesforce (Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement). Admin-level HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
• Experience managing websites in WordPress and Webflow, including landing pages, forms and CMS updates without developer support.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email templates and page edits.
• Comfort with data: you can pull, clean and analyze lists in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and explain what the numbers mean.
