Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric caseloads preferred.
• Experience with Net Health EMR preferred.
• Current professional resume required for submission.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience managing a high-volume geriatric caseload preferred.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.

Impacting Patient Care


Provide rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting focused on geriatric recovery and maintenance. Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and functional improvement for residents. Maintain documentation in the facility EMR and support quality and safety initiatives.
