About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedics – Colorado

Start Date: July 22, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts

Highlights:

• 30-bed orthopedic unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6 with support from PCTs and charge nurse
• Diverse patient population including elective orthopedic surgeries and orthopedic trauma cases
• EMR system: Meditech
• Specialty equipment includes CPM machines for post-surgical care, nerve block pumps, and On-Q pain management systems
• Travel nursing assignment with dedicated team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Orthopedic RN in an acute care hospital setting (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Active RN license in good standing
• Med/Surg experience (preferred)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Meditech EMR experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in IV starts, Foley/straight catheterization, CPM application, and early mobilization protocols
