Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Shifts: 0630–1900 or 0900–2130

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a 16-suite operating room environment handling approximately 30 cases per day
• Support a wide range of surgical specialties including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedics, and Robotics cases
• Participate in on-call rotation, with approximately 120 call hours per contract, including weeknight, weekend, and select holiday coverage with a 30-minute response time requirement
• Collaborate with OR technicians, charge nurses, and house supervisors to ensure safe and efficient patient care throughout the surgical episode
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Float within a defined zone of facilities in cases of extreme staffing need

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room RN experience
• Demonstrated Trauma and Neurology surgical experience (required)
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must be present in-state for the full week of facility orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience in a perioperative or surgical setting
• Availability or preference for 4th of July holiday coverage
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including Spine, Orthopedics, and Robotics
