About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (PACU) – Kansas

Start Date: September 7, 2026

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 12-hour shifts; on-call requirement with 30-minute response time

• 30-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit with comprehensive recovery services
• Patient ratios of 1:2 standard or 1:1 for critical patients
• Exposure to diverse case mix including craniotomies and orthopedic procedures
• Day shift supported by Clinical Nurse Coordinator/Charge Nurse and 12 RN team members
• EMR system: Meditech
• Travel nursing assignment in a collaborative acute care environment

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU RN experience (required)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Flexibility with scheduling preferred
• Prior Meditech experience strongly preferred
