Oregon Department of Justice in Portland seeks an experienced attorney to join the Medicaid Fraud Unit as Assistant Attorney General. The Civil Enforcement Division handles civil and criminal prosecutions related to healthcare fraud and abuse in Medicaid providers. The attorney will work with state and federal agencies on multi-state litigation and manage a demanding caseload.
