Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial greeting to final sale
- Listen to customers' needs and match them with the right Honda to fit their lifestyle and budget
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we'll train the right person
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
