What you’ll do:As a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) you will drive Advisor Services business needs through product development within the AS Core Digital Trading team and deliver solutions that will enable advisors to have an efficient and seamless trading experience using technology. Key responsibilities of this Senior Product Manager role include:Participate as an active member of the AS Core Digital Trading Team, the team responsible for advisor core trading capabilities (including allocations, crypto and advanced trading):Intake and decision making for new product and monetization ideas - Implementation of new AS Trading Offer product and monetization strategies.Marketing and PR Strategy - Management of Marketing / PR strategies to ensure adoption and monetization of new product offers.Legal and Compliance Liaison - Act as the liaison to Legal, Compliance and the New Product Review Committee (NPRC) in the development of new products; andEducation and Webcasts.Assist in developing a strategy and roadmap to evolve AS Core Digital Trading platforms to support Advisor Services and firm business objectivesConduct interviews with internal stakeholders; manage feedback to gain insights into future product opportunitiesCreate detailed business requirements to define product features and monetization opportunities, as well as the service experienceFunction as Product Owner and utilize appropriate methodology to collaborate with development and QA teams to manage implementation of technology projects, as neededWork with AS Strategy, Planning and Analytics to Develop and manage requirements for dashboard to capture and present product adoption and monetization metrics / KPIsMaintain a strong band of communication between internal business partners and leadersManage alignment and understanding of priorities, business strategy, trade-off decisions and investment with stakeholdersWe Believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without employer sponsorship.What you haveRequired Qualifications:5-10 years of product management/business experience related to trading functionalityBachelor's degreePrior experience within the financial services industry; trading experience and/or knowledge preferredExperience working with Agile project management methodologyStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to be a creative thinker with a keen interest in ensuring the best possible experience for clientsAbility to develop and articulate business requirementsMust possess strong analytical and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a highly-collaborative work environmentPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree such as MBA Experience with Jira and Rally applications Tenacity, a bias for action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously, at times under extremely tight deadlinesPossess a fine attention to detail and a disciplined approach to developing applicationsUnderstanding and exposure to emerging AI tools, Microsoft Co-Pilot, etc., preferredIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-123804Posted Date: 11 hours ago(8/6/2026 3:50 PM)Category: Product & Project ManagementSalary Range: USD $117,000.00 - $160,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 8/10/2026Position Type: Full time
