Responsibilities

Provide direct client 1:1 care in home, community or school settings Use naturalistic training techniques, following behavior treatment plans Maintaining caseload documentation-session notes Ensure progress across goals and in multiple settings Participate in collaboration with other service providers and family members Maintain HIPAA guidelines Attend monthly check-in with supervisor to review progress and goals

Qualifications

• RBT/CBT Certification
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to collect and analyze data
• Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with special education practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
