Retirement Plan Design Consultant

To support a growing practice, the remote Retirement Plan Design Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to Plan Sponsors and Financial Professionals, focusing on custom retirement plan design, compliance, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities: Consult with Plan Sponsors and advisors on custom retirement plan design and compliance issues Build and maintain relationships with clients, recordkeepers, and financial professionals Stay current on industry trends and ERISA regulations to enhance client services and internal processes Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry, particularly in defined contribution administration Bachelor's degree required; ASPPA, NIPA, ERPA, or similar credentials preferred Strong experience with 401(k) and 403(b) Plans, as well as compliance testing and plan design analysis Proven ability to communicate complex retirement plan concepts clearly to various audiences Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
