Senior Designer, Interiors In the role of Senior Designer, Interiors you will be responsible for all phases of design of a project and demonstrate a master level knowledge of the interior design process from programming through construction administration. You will also lead the interior design team on projects of any size or complexity, delegating to and supervising the work of others. You will exhibit professional communication, presentation and client management skills, and clearly document and present design concepts to all project stakeholders and industry peers. You will leverage technology to present and document ideas, and you will produce presentation materials and associated documentation without constant design support. Responsibilities Lead the interior design team on projects of any size or complexity. Manage all phases of interior design from programming through construction administration. Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders. Create presentation materials and documentation using Revit, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Collaborate with other disciplines to maintain design excellence and sustainability. Preferred Qualifications NCIDQ certification. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Enscape, Revit. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in a design firm environment. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture (or closely related field) from an accredited school. Active Interior Design Certificate holder or Registered Architect in your country of residence. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
