Aerotek is HIRING NOW for MIG Welders / Fabricators on the East Coast of Florida!!!

Location: Edgewater, FL

Pay: $22–$30/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking multiple experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in industrial equipment production. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling mild steel components used in heavy-duty mechanical systems.

• MIG Welding (Mild Steel): Ability to produce strong, clean welds with consistency
• Fabrication & Blueprint Reading: Skilled at building components from raw materials using technical drawings
• Measuring & Cutting Accuracy: Proficient with tape measures, saws, and fabrication tools to ensure precise fit-up

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel components
• Fabricate parts by cutting, measuring, fitting, and assembling materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, and cutting tools
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Each day begins with reviewing production priorities and assigned builds. You’ll gather materials, review blueprints, and begin fabricating components by cutting and prepping steel. Throughout the day, you’ll weld and assemble parts, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity. You’ll collaborate with team members to keep production on track and complete quality checks before wrapping up your shift.

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience (mild steel preferred)
• Previous fabrication experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
