First stop: diagnosing a finicky ductless system. Using specialized diagnostic tools, you balance airflow, verify fuel delivery, and track refrigerant and electrical performance to pinpoint the issue. Midday brings a steam or hot-water system tune-up, then a high-velocity system check. Throughout, you communicate findings, offer comfort, efficiency, and safety improvements, and leave each home better than you found it. You’ll also take moments to coach junior techs, sharing techniques that raise the entire team’s game.What you’ll handleDeliver an exceptional customer experience through accurate service and clear communicationMaintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems: traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water, oil-fired, high-velocity, ductless, and moreUse specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challengesManage and maintain required truck inventory to complete flat-rate repairs efficientlyEducate homeowners on upgrades that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and safetyMentor junior service technicians to build capability across the teamWhat you’ll bring3+ years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)EPA Universal CertificationDeep knowledge of HVAC best practices and applicable building codesProficiency across all core HVAC functionsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordPhysical aspects of the jobComfort working directly on HVAC unitsAbility to work in extreme heat or cold depending on the seasonExtended periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, and climbing laddersCapability to lift up to 50 poundsPre-employment requirementAble to pass a background and drug screening check (random testing may occur)If you’re passionate about solving complex residential HVAC problems and creating comfortable homes, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
