Senior Creative Designer

Senior Creative Designer – Promenade Group Promenade Group is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative, results‑driven individual with expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, strong image production skills, and a passion for defining brand vision across digital and print platforms. Responsibilities Set & communicate a clear creative vision aligned with brand identity and business objectives for B2B and B2C audiences. Lead the creative process from concept to delivery, providing constructive feedback and ensuring timely, high‑quality assets. Design integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (display ads, social media, landing pages, email templates, video ads). Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual solutions. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, adapting visual messaging for specific audiences and platforms. Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots for product and lifestyle imagery, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing needs. Edit and retouch all product, lifestyle, and other photographic assets to maintain high visual quality and brand consistency. Manage a library of visual assets to support marketing and design efforts. Qualifications Minimum 5‑7 years of marketing design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaign work and photo editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Experience giving & receiving constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team culture. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus: UX/UI design experience (web and product). Location & Work Arrangements Hybrid: 2‑3 days per month in office (Santa Monica, CA). Photoshoots as needed. Remote roles available.
