Institutional Investment Consulting AssociateWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role can be based in New York City, Boston, Norwalk, Philadelphia, or King of Prussia and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As an Institutional Investment Consulting Associate, you will play a key role in supporting investment advice for a diverse range of institutional clients and collaborating with experts to build portfolios, evaluate asset managers, and analyze portfolio performance. You'll ensure clear communication of critical updates and assist in managing consulting relationships through meeting coordination, project management, and timely delivery of reports. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
