Onboarding Specialist

As an Onboarding Specialist - Customer Relations Representative with Jake Bothwell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Work with Agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Host community events/sponsorships with Agent and team.
• Make outbound calls to new prospects and setting IFRs (Insurance Financial Reviews) with current clients.
• Hit monthly production goals.
• Taking inbound calls to service the existing book of business.
• Assisting with walk-in appointments.
• Market products and services based on customer needs.
• Onboarding new clients to our Agency by using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Qualifications:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving

With a Bachelor's Degree from Metro State University and a proud legacy as a second-generation State Farm representative, I bring a lifetime of experience in the insurance industry. As an active member of the Perham Area Chamber of Commerce and a certified Minnesota Notary Public, I'm dedicated to serving our community both professionally and personally. I am also on the Chamber Board and Chair of the Perham Event Committee. At our State Farm agency, we are committed to helping individuals and families manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams. Our team utilizes extensive knowledge in auto, home, life, and health insurance to ensure that our customers in Perham and the surrounding areas are well-protected and financially secure.
