Physical Therapist Neuro Outpatient 1:1 Pt Care

• Freestanding Outpatient Clinic for a Non-Profit Acute Care Hospital

• Outpatient setting with a nearly 100% Neuro caseload , including TBI, Stroke, Parkinson's, Balance Institute, etc
• 1:1 Patient Care with 45-60min Evals/Tx - see 7-8 patients per day
• $45,000 in Bonuses
• Work on a large multi-disciplinary team with over 120 Therapists across multiple settings
• Formal onboarding process (4-6 weeks)
• Medical, Dental & Life Insurance, Full Benefits, 5% Retirement
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4.5 weeks +
• Full-time, permanent position

About the Physical Therapist Position:

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Team Player
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Neuro experience preferred
• Servant leader mindset
